Dr Bary Wilson

Dr. Wilson advises and also serves as the head of the Genesis Advanced Analytic Department, as well as an adviser in many aspects of the company development. Dr. Wilson is often referred to as “Dr. Melatonin” for his role in the discovery of the Melatonin pathway in the human endocrine system. Some of his other career roles include: Chief Scientist, Chief Operating Officer, Business Development Manager, Laboratory Manager, Inventor, Intellectual Property Manager. Dr. Wilson has more than 100 scientific publications and several technical books. He was appointed to a USEPA Science Advisory Board sub-panel. Dr Wilson’s impressive education background includes: B.Sc. (Physics) (1971) University of Washington, Seattle, WA. Jonathan Goldin, Esq.

Mr. Goldin acts as a legal adviser for Genesis in numerous capacities, in numerous international venues. Mr. Goldin is a graduate of Florida International University of Law, and Cornell University (NY), and is currently a junior partner with Gregg & Associates, PC ( NYC, NY). Jonathan’s impressive experience includes serving as retained counsel for the UN staff union for The Int’l Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, where he argued before United Nations Dispute Tribunal in Geneva, Switzerland, and before United Nations Appeals Tribunal in New York, obtaining favorable outcomes for his position. He served as Consultant/Policy Adviser for the International Trade Centre in Geneva, Switzerland , and has practiced Civil litigation, small business development law, Contract drafting, Title VII employment discrimination defense, IRS tax relief, and has worked in numerous prestigious legal capacities, including the Office of the State’s Attorney (Miami, Fl) , Law Offices of Greenberg & Traurig (Washington, DC). Having traveled extensively through the U.S., Western Europe, Middle-East, Central & South America , Jonathan is conversational & literate in Spanish & Arabic (Modern Standard & Levantine dialect and is currently studying Hebrew.
